To improve patient flow at emergency departments, the WRHA launched an initiative to provide additional information to Winnipeggers on healthcare options when they are sick or injured. Part of the objective was to reduce the strain on emergency rooms in the city by identifying real-time alternatives.
Following a well-crafted communications strategy, Deschenes Regnier developed an interactive website that was focused on helping citizens find the right care at the right time. To help support the project, we also designed and implemented a multi-media advertising campaign that was intended to raise exposure for the initiative and to drive traffic to the new site.
