Southern Health-Santé Sud is an amalgamation of two previous health authorities in Manitoba. As part of the amalgamation, the new Region came to us looking for a brand and communication strategy.
Working with the transition team, we met with all the stakeholders, to ensure everyone felt that they had been heard in the process. In the end we developed brand and design elements, in addition to a complete message matrix.
Once the brand was complete, we worked with the region to design and develop a custom bilingual website, that included both an interactive public site as well as a secure back-end for staff and management.
