The past few weeks I’ve been bringing my dog Jack to work with some regularity. Even when it’s minus 20 degrees outside it’s still nice to go for a walk at lunch. It’s good to get out of the office and stretch my legs.
While out walking, getting my exercise, I notice people going to the gym around the corner. Sometimes I’ve thought about joining a gym and going at lunchtime. Exercising is great for energy levels and that can increase productivity. But productivity aside it’s just a good idea to exercise.
