The study also shows that nearly half of CMOs said the redistribution of consumer purchasing power will be a key driver, followed closely by the anytime/anywhere workplace. The study supports the need for a cohesive blend between face-to-face and digital experiences, emanating from a thoughtful strategy.
It’s safe to say our days of working in a bubble/box are long gone. It must be true—IBM says so.
