The Province of Manitoba’s April 1, 2014 announcement that regulatory activities of the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission’s Regulatory Services Division would combine with the Manitoba Gaming Control Commission spawned a new agency. The newly created LGA set out to develop a new brand identity by contracting Deschenes Regnier to illustrate its neutral stance, high standards and balanced approach – appropriately reflecting its role as a regulatory body. A website that re-envisioned how stakeholders would interact with the new entity was also launched. Deschenes Regnier worked with the various departments to plan and create the new site and continues to support the LGA’s online customer-centric focus.
