Caring company versus Perfect company

Caring company versus Perfect company

As businesses, we often struggle to prove how great we are; how flawless our performance is; or how our products/services are the best.

But if I take my marketing hat off and become a client for a second, I think there is value in hearing one of the following from a supplier:

  • We are not perfect, but we will work damn hard for you,
  • We don’t know everything, but what we don’t know we will find out for you,
  • We made a mistake (it was out fault), but we are going to fix it for you,
  • We will work with you until you are satisfied.

In the long run, there is something reassuring about having a supplier that truly cares about my results versus a supplier focused on protecting their own reputation.
