As part of pre-budget consultations, we worked with the Provincial Government to develop a social media advertising campaign that would not only help them inform Manitobans of their public engagement process, but also encourage the public to take part in the conversation.

We created messaging, designed a look, and a call to action for the campaign. A series of ads leading people to an online survey were placed on targeted social media vehicles throughout the period. Two sets of creative were developed with each one respectively being skewed to younger and older audiences.

The campaign helped generate traffic on the consultation website, and provided the Province with significant input on three key budget initiatives.
